The Strategic Path Group formed in 1993, the same year that Harry Redinger, the founder, began teaching business plan development courses for UCLA Extension. Harry Redinger started his in career in the architecture and construction engineering industry as a construction manager. In 1992, Harry Redinger was invited to teach construction management courses at Cal State Dominguez Hills, where his discovered his talent for teaching and motivational speaking. In 1993, Harry Redinger was ask to teach a business plan development course at UCLA Extension, where he was quickly ranked in the top 10% of instructors. UCLA Extension is considered to be the oldest, the largest, and most prestigious university extension program in the world. In 1995, Harry Redinger ran his first marathon which initiated a life long commitment to the participatory endurance sports industry and lifestyle.

In 2001, Harry Redinger published his first book on business plan development called the Strategic Path, Business Plan Development for the Emerging Entrepreneur. Upon the Strategic Path’s release, Harry Redinger, began his career as a professional speaker on the subject matter of strategic business planning using personality type instruments to align the direction of the organization with the personalities of staff and management. Harry Redinger embarked at this time to acquiring advanced knowledge of psychological type instruments to better assist his clients and students in developing business and career plans. In 2002, Harry Redinger completed his first Ironman triathlon at Lake Placid, New York.

In 2005, Harry Redinger facilitated his first Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) team building workshop for the Truck Safety Inspection Division of the Department of Transportation for the State of Idaho. Since 2005, Harry Redinger has facilitated hundreds of MBTI workshops on subjects ranging from team building, sales training, conflict resolution, and strategic planning.

In 2010, Harry Redinger became a Certified Master Practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. Also in 2010, Harry Redinger began the process of forming the Greater Los Angeles Area Association for Psychological Type (www.laapt.org), of which his now President and oversees five area LAAPT groups from Orange County, the Inland Empire, to Santa Barbara. Harry Redinger, is highly regarded as an authority on the subject of strategic business planning using the Myers-Briggs Type Indictor and continues to tech today business plan development courses at UCLA Extension.

Harry Redinger, earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology form California State University, Long Beach in 1980, and his Master of Business Administration Degree from Pepperdine University, in 1990. Harry Redinger has completed over 50 marathon and three Ironman Triathlons.
