Our initial process consists of four meetings, which can be held in person, over the phone, or by video conferencing, which we charge a lump sum fee for $2,500 for all four of these meetings. Orientation: Our first meeting is an orientation meeting where we learn of your life situation and share with you how our process works. At the close of this meeting, we prepare you for taking the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the Strong Interest Inventory, which are personality and career path assessments instruments that you will take online. Assessment Debriefing & Life History Review: Our second meeting debriefs you on the results of your assessments and then starts the process of reviewing your life and career history. We then develop an outline of your life story. Between our second and third meetings, we will work together in developing a briefly written biography of your life. Brainstorming: Our Third meeting reviews your Biography and the alternative options before you visa a Brainstorming process. At the close of this meeting we will ask you to complete a number of exercises to narrow our list of alternative career or business solutions down to your highest and best fit. Strategic Path Alignment: Our Fourth meeting will finalize your highest and best-fit career or business path to follow with a written Mission Statement, Vision of Success Statement, Career or Business Organizational Structure, and Phases of Competitive Development; which is necessary to get you pointed in the After we have completed our strategic planning process with you, we can continue to work with you in the capacity of a business consultant or career coach on an hourly. For on going consulting we recommend: one two-hour phone or videoconference meetings for a two-month period where we help and oversee the implementation of your strategy or the development of your written business plan.
