Leadership Training: The best leadership is supportive leadership projected in a way that is authentically you and thus most natural. However, effective leadership does require knowledge of statistical qualities of an effective leader, which, in turn can require special training to develop these skills. Understanding your personality type and Emotional EQ are key starting points to mastering leadership skills. Ineffective leadership can destroy and company where effective leadership can bring a company unlimited levels of success. Team Buildings, Executive Coaching, Strategic Planning, and Emotional Intellegence (EQ) are all apart of effective and successful company leadership.

Leadership Training Process

Step One - RFP Process: We engage our clients by responding to a Request For Proposal (RFP). Every client and situation is different. We work under time and materials as well as lump sum contracts. It all starts with a phone call. We do not respond to “What’s your price emails.” We need to know and understand your unique situation and conditions.

Step Two - Discovery: We need to learn from you as an organization or as an individual your leadership goals and establish areas for improvement. To initiate this process we like to develop for each manager a brief biography of their background. This can be done by the individual or we can write this document for the individual. Though this may sound time consuming and irrelevant, it’s essential for the individual to identify events in their life that effect their self-confidence for leadership so they can be identified as possible areas for growth.

Step Three - Assessments: Much goes into mastering the art of Leadership. Embracing one’s own innate MBTI® personality type and thus understanding areas for growth. Understanding what career skills are most natural to one’s personality type using the Strong Interest Inventory®. Understanding and accepting as a starting point one’s Emotional EQ score. Receiving personality type feedback via the CPI 260® Feedback and Profile Reports. In addition, it's also important to know and understand you FIRO-Business Leadership and Profile scores. All or some of the above assessments can help establish starting points for improving one’s leadership skills as an individual or as a group.

Step Four - Assembling A Leadership Training Program: Because there are so many possible solutions to improve leadership skillsl for the individual or for an organization, a custom program needs to be developed to address all the possible areas for growth outline during the Discovery and Assessment processes. For group applications, we prefer that group goes through the MBTI® Team Building Workshop first assure that we are all connected before exploring the art of effective leadership. More and more, we are finding that the most valuable aspect of a leader today during uncertain economic times is the mastery of Emotional Intelligence. Your personality is innate and is as much apart of you as your finger prints. However, you can improve and increase your Emotional Intelligence score; which will have an overall impact on areas of your life, career, and business.

Step Five - Leadership Training Program Activation: Understanding quality, cost, and time issues unique to you and/or your ogranization, we commence faciliating our leadership training program.

The Strategic Path Group prides itself as senior corporate trainers in the area of leadership training. Effective leadership training requires many years of experience engaging and guiding individuals through a personal growth experience. A leadership program facilitator must be natural, independent, and not connected with the organization’s internal operations.
