The Strong assessment measures interests in four main categories of scales: General Occupational Themes (GOTs), Basic Interest Scales (BISs), Personal Style Scales (PSSs), and Occupational Scales (OSs) SAMPLE STRONG REPORTS: There are many reports that can be generated from the Strong Interest Inventory: Strong + Skills Confidence Inventory Profile and Strong + Joint MBTI Reports are the most common within organizations.
